Leadership development · Centrinsic
Leadership workshops for the moments that test you.
Build the self-awareness and communication skills to lead with clarity when pressure rises. Rekha Lakra works with leaders and teams to turn insight into a more intentional way of showing up.
Discuss a leadership workshopWhen knowing what to do isn’t enough
A difficult conversation gets postponed. Feedback lands as criticism. A change initiative exposes tensions that were already there. Leaders often know the advice, yet find it harder to apply when emotions, relationships and consequences are involved.
Centrinsic’s leadership workshops focus on what happens in those moments: the assumptions you make, the reactions you notice and the choices available before you speak or act.
What leaders and teams can practise
Self-leadership under pressure
Recognize the patterns that narrow your perspective. Develop a centering practice that creates space between an automatic reaction and an intentional response.
Clearer communication
Listen beyond your first interpretation, name difficult issues respectfully and stay engaged when perspectives differ. Connect self-awareness with the words and actions others experience.
Constructive disagreement
Explore how a team can address tension earlier, question assumptions and work through competing needs. The aim is more useful conversations, with room for both candour and connection.
A format that fits the work
Start with an interactive workshop or discuss a multi-session leadership and team programme. Programmes can combine online workshops, group coaching and practical application between sessions. Executive coaching offers a more focused setting for individual leaders or small groups.
Centrinsic is based in Toronto and works with international audiences. Virtual sessions make it possible to bring colleagues together across locations; in-person arrangements and scheduling are discussed around your team and event.
Meet your facilitator
Rekha Lakra is a lawyer, mediator, adjudicator, speaker and leadership facilitator. Her work brings legal and conflict-resolution experience together with mindfulness and practical leadership development.
The CENTER Method and Domains of Influence connect awareness of yourself with how you lead, communicate, navigate conflict and contribute to team culture.
Plan your next step
Share who the workshop is for, the situations your leaders are facing, your preferred format and timing. That gives us a starting point for a conversation about what would be useful.
