Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Centrinsic collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It is written to reflect the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What is collected
Only what you enter into a form on this site: your name, email address, and — where the form asks — phone number, organization, role, event details, timing and the message you write. No account is created and this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why it is collected
To reply to your enquiry and to send a resource you requested. Your information is never sold, rented or traded.
How form submissions are processed
Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form service whose servers are located in the United States, and are then delivered to info@centrinsic.com. Information handled by Formspree is subject to United States law, including lawful access requests. By submitting a form you consent to this cross-border transfer. Formspree’s own privacy terms are available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Testimonial videos are hosted by Wix. When you play a video, your browser connects to Wix’s video delivery service, which receives technical information such as your IP address. Video preview images are served by Centrinsic; videos do not autoplay.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, and no longer than seven years.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@centrinsic.com and expect a reply within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with the response you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Safeguards
Information is stored in access-controlled email and file systems. Transmission from this site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential or privileged material through a web form.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The effective date will be revised when it is.
