Accessibility Statement
Centrinsic aims to make this website and every session usable by as many people as possible.
Last updated 3 September 2026.
Standard being applied
This site is being built toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What has been done
Text contrast checked against its background, visible keyboard focus on every link, button and form field, form fields with real labels rather than placeholder text alone, headings in a logical order, and layouts that reflow to a 320-pixel viewport without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
The interactive Domains of Influence model is a custom control; keyboard and screen-reader behaviour is still being improved. The site has not yet been through an independent audit or assistive-technology user testing.
In-person and virtual sessions
Materials can be supplied in large print or plain-text formats, captioning can be arranged for virtual sessions, and room set-up can be adjusted. Ask when booking and it will be arranged.
Feedback and accommodation requests
If something on this site blocks you, or you need information in another format, write to info@centrinsic.com. Requests are answered within two business days and accommodation is arranged at no cost.
